✧GENERAL✧
• Client should pay half or full payment upfront before the initial sketch. Rushed request, means client have to append.
• I have the right to refuse any commission request.
• Provide references as much as possible (send it through [email protected] or dm me on IG or Twitter).
• Initial sketch will be sent to the clients after 2-3 days for approval.
• Work progress may take 7 to 14 days. Might be delayed depending on the complexity of the commission or due to an unforeseen circumstance.
• I mostly used A4 (2894x4093) for canvas size otherwise, the client has the rights to choose their desired canvas size, however.
• The final commissioned artwork will be sent through email or google drive. Digital copy only (soft copy), .PNG format (300 dpi)
• Clients will receive WIPs during the process.
• Payment method via GCash (domestic) and PayPal(international) only. NO REFUNDS.
• Cancelling request while the commissioned artwork is in progress, means client has to pay 50% of the base price. Otherwise, full refund will be given if the artist has yet to start the commissioned request.✧REVISIONS✧
• Maximum of three (3) revisions.
• Major revisions can be taken up only until the early stages (line art and base color stage). Further revisions otherwise, the artist will ask for additional charges, however.
• Furthermore, the artist will compensate the revisions if there are incorrect and mistakes on my ends perhaps.✧OWNERSHIP✧
• Finished artworks are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. Clients are allowed to reproduced for personal consumption, however, do not sell or make profit from it. For COMMERCIAL USE, please tell me beforehand. Additional pricing will be discussed.
• Clients are not allowed to remove my watermark, modify the artwork, and claim it as yours. Please, be sure to credit me when posting it.• I retain full rights and ownership of the commissioned artwork (e.g., posting it to my sites, speed paints and presenting it in my portfolio). If you wish to keep your commissioned work in private, please notify me in advance.
